Foreman:​

​Must have mastered knowledge and skills to complete the most complicated tasks for each project while using sound judgement to lead, motivate, and direct the work of each project.

​

Skills must include installation of metal framing, insulation, drywall, and acoustical ceiling grid and tile. ​

Must be able to fully understand and read blue prints

Must have at least 15 of years active field experience.

 

Mec​hanic:

 

Must possess the knowledge and skills to install metal framing, insulation, drywall, and acoustical ceiling grid and tile.

​

Must be able to follow directions and be able to work in conjunction with all other crews and employees

​

Must have at least 7 years of active field experience.

Finisher:

 

Must possess the knowledge and skills to patch, skim, and finish drywall.

​

Must have at least 7 years of active field experience.

Helper:

 

Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial construction.

Must possess the necessary tools and ability to follow directions.
